Leadership Team
United Covenant Church has a leadership government structure and is led by a Leadership Team. The Leadership Team members serve on a three year rotation. The team meets every month and conducts the business of the church. Larger decisions, such as the hiring of additional staff, building projects, etc. are decided by the congregation. The congregation meets at least twice a year. Each member has one vote.
